Charles G. G. Schmidt & Co. Becomes Exclusive North American Distributor of Esta-USA and Dispozablade Products

Charles G. G. Schmidt & Co. has acquired the Esta-USA and Dispozablade product lines and is now the exclusive distributor of these tools throughout North America.

German-manufactured and built to exacting standards, the lineup centers on insert-style planer and jointer knives engineered for fast, accurate blade changes. “These precision tools are exactly what serious woodworkers need,” the company said in its announcement.

For more than 31 years, Esta-USA and Dispozablade have pursued a single goal: giving both industrial wood-products manufacturers and part-time woodworkers a planer blade and jointer knife that anyone can swap out instantly, accurately, and economically.
